Out February 20, the 7-inch single pairs the up-tempo soul stomper Up For Soul� on the A-side with the radiant
and heartwarming Sunshine Lady� on the B-side. Pressed in a limited run of 500 copies worldwide, this is a
must have for funk/soul djs and collectors.
I wanted the album to have an uptempo track that really moved,� says Tiwayo about Up For Soul.� One afternoon I was listening to Sly Stone and Johnny Guitar Watson, and by the end of the day, this song was born. It™s a playful take on the ups and downs of being a musician ” the hustle, the joy, and the chaos ” all wrapped in 70s soul energy.�
