Automatic Robot Mowers

Set and Forget Lawn Care

Robotic lawn mowers work continuously on a schedule, keeping your lawn neatly trimmed without manual effort. Most models use boundary wires or GPS to stay within your lawn area, returning automatically to their charging dock when the job is done or the battery runs low.

Smart Scheduling and App Control

Control your robotic mower from your smartphone - set mowing zones, adjust schedules, and monitor progress from anywhere. Compatible with smart home platforms for voice control and automation integration.

Compact and Large Area Models

Matched to Your Lawn Size

Robotic lawn mowers are available in different models suited to different lawn sizes - from compact urban sections to larger suburban properties. Choosing the right capacity ensures your mower can complete a full cut on a single charge without needing to return to dock mid-mow.

All-Weather NZ Performance

Built to handle NZ's varied terrain and weather conditions, rain sensors pause mowing during wet weather to protect your lawn, while durable construction ensures reliable performance season after season.

How to Choose Robotic Lawn Mowers

Lawn Area Coverage

Check the maximum coverage area (in m2) for each model and match it to your lawn size. Allow some margin - a mower rated for exactly your lawn size will work harder and may not complete the job on a single charge if the terrain is uneven or the grass is long.

Boundary Setup

Most robotic mowers use a boundary wire installed around the lawn perimeter to define the mowing area. Some newer models use GPS or camera-based boundary setting - easier to install but typically found on higher-end models.

Slope Handling

Check the maximum slope gradient the mower can handle - NZ sections often have uneven terrain. Most models handle slopes up to 35-45%, but steeper banks may require a more capable model or manual mowing.
