Shipping Policy – Tech Supply Shed 2024 Limited

At Tech Supply Shed 2024 Limited, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures, timeframes, costs, and terms related to the delivery of your goods throughout New Zealand.


1. Shipping Locations

We ship to all urban and rural addresses across New Zealand, including the North Island, South Island, and outer islands. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping.


2. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 10:00 AM NZST are typically dispatched the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM, on weekends, or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

  • In rare cases, processing may take up to 2–3 business days due to order volume or stock availability.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Location Estimated Delivery
Urban (North Island) 1–3 business days
Urban (South Island) 2–5 business days
Rural/Remote Areas 3–7 business days

Please allow extra time for deliveries during peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas) or adverse weather conditions.


4. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We use reputable courier partners such as NZ Post, Aramex, and Post Haste to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.


5. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping (Urban NZ): Flat rate of $6.95 NZD

  • Rural Delivery: Flat rate of $9.95 NZD

  • Bulky or Oversized Items: May incur additional freight charges. We will contact you before dispatch to confirm any extra costs. Also extra shipping times via bulk coriers


6. Click & Collect / Local Pickup

We do not currently offer a pickup option. All orders are shipped directly to your nominated address.


7. Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking number via the courier’s website.

  2. Contact our customer service team at support@techsupplyshed.co.nz or 0800 TECH NZ (832 469).

We will assist in resolving delivery delays or lost items with the courier provider.


8. Authority to Leave (ATL)

By default, orders will not be left unattended unless specifically authorised at checkout. If you opt to allow the courier to leave your package without a signature (ATL), you accept all risk and liability once the item is marked as delivered.


9. Backorders and Pre-Orders

If your item is on backorder or a pre-order:

  • Expected shipping dates will be clearly indicated on the product page.

  • We will notify you if there are significant delays beyond the expected timeframe.


10. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Tech Supply Shed 2024 Limited is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to address errors. Re-delivery fees may apply.


11. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the packaging and item(s) to support@techsupplyshed.co.nz.

  • We will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or resolution as appropriate.


12. Changes to Shipping Policy

Tech Supply Shed 2024 Limited reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
