Ideal applications include gears, screws, helmets, fan blades, toy car chassis, skateboard parts, and bicycle frames.   Superior Heat Resistance: With a heat distortion temperature of up to 209°C, significantly higher than those of Easy PA, PC, or ASA, PA6-CF is ideal for high-temperature applications such as automotive exhaust pipes, motor covers, pot handles, and kettle bases.   Printing Settings: Nozzle Temperature: 270-280°C    Bed Temperature: 100°C   Printing Speed: 50-150mm/s   Annealing: 80-130°C for 5-12 hours (essential for maximising heat resistance)    Bed Surface: Use a thin coat of PVA glue or Magigoo PA for improved adhesion.   Important Notes: 1. Dry the filament before use: 80°C for 24 hours or 110°C for 4 hours.   2.
