The Oura Ring 5 Sizing Kit is a set of plastic sample rings that helps you find the correct size before buying an Oura Ring 5 smart ring. Oura Ring 5 sizes differ from standard jewellery sizes and from earlier Oura generations, so sizing with this kit is the best way to get a secure, accurate fit. The Oura Ring 5 comes in sizes 6 to 13 with no half sizes.
