About the OPPO A5X

The Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 1 processor is built on an 11nm process, and the Trinity Engine balances power use, memory and app activity.

The phone is IP65 rated under controlled laboratory conditions. Splash, water and dust resistance may decrease through daily wear, so do not charge the phone in a damp state.

The equivalent battery capacity is 6000mAh. The battery is designed to retain more than 80% of its capacity after 5 years of use under OPPO lab simulation.

The phone has undergone durability testing, including multi-angle drop tests and high-intensity impact tests. These tests follow MIL-STD 810H methodologies, and the phone holds SGS certification for its durability.

The IP65 rating was tested under controlled laboratory conditions. The water test used a 6.3mm nozzle at a distance of 2.5 to 3 metres, with a flow rate of 12.5 litres per minute for at least three minutes, while the water temperature stayed within 5 degrees of the product temperature.

The battery is expected to keep more than 80% of its original capacity after five years of use. This comes from an OPPO lab simulation of daily use, with a full charge and discharge roughly once every 1.1 days.
