About the Norton 360 Premium

Norton 360 also comes with the Virus Protection Promise. If a virus gets through, Norton experts are available to help keep your devices virus-free, or you receive your money back. The subscription is a one-year pre-paid plan that renews automatically after the first year, and you can cancel the automatic renewal through your Norton account or by contacting Norton support.

Some features have limits to be aware of. Norton Secure VPN is not available in every country, Parental Control features are not supported on Mac, and PC Cloud Backup requires an internet or data connection on your device, which must be turned on.

Norton's experts can help keep your devices virus-free, and if a virus gets through the Virus Protection Promise helps remove it or returns your money. Restrictions apply to the promise. Certain functionality requires your device to have an internet or data plan and to be turned on. A payment method is required for the pre-paid subscription, which renews automatically after the first year.
