Excellent chair, but expect frustrating shipping delays

The Anda Seat Kaiser 4 V2 [XL] in Bentley Brown is exactly what I was looking for in a gaming chair. It was incredibly easy to assemble and features a very solid build quality. It remains extremely comfortable even during long periods of use, and honestly, I think it is much better than other, more expensive options out there on the market.

However, the purchasing experience was a huge letdown. It took over a month to receive the chair, and the company was incredibly slow to communicate about the delays. It would have been a much better experience if they had just provided regular, proactive updates on my order status. Ultimately, the chair itself is absolutely worth it, as long as you are prepared for a long wait and a lack of communication.
