Charge level before going to bed
It’s recommended that your Oura Ring 4 be charged to at least 30% before going to bed.

Connect the USB cable to your charging dock and plug the other end into a power source, such as a USB wall plug, laptop, or power brick.

Learn all about notifications
When the LED turns green, your ring is fully charged. You’ll receive a push notification from your Oura App when charging is complete. This also applies for low battery notifications.

Troubleshoot your charger
If the LED doesn't light up, check to see that your charger’s cable is properly connected and your Oura Ring is positioned correctly, ensuring good contact between your Oura Ring and the dock.
