Connect a composite video or S-video source to a display monitor which only has VGA input. Ideal for connecting an old game console, VHS player, etc to your computer monitor or plasma TV. Features an on screen display where you can adjust resolution, picture mode, brightness, contrast, saturation and hue. Also has VGA loop through so you can have a computer and composite/s-video source conected to the same display.
