I'm used to writing on the road, on tour buses, in hotel rooms, inspired by the hyper pace of constant transience, flux, exploring different cultures and social interaction. With this record, I've subverted my writing process entirely, drawing on themes of isolation, largely inspired by camping trips in California and Utah - the only places I've been to since to pandemic hit.
