After Purple split in 1976, Glenn’s first post-Purple LP was “Play Me Out”, released in July 1977 (available as PURPLE 007D).\u003cbr\u003e\nGlenn would go on to collaborate with Pat Thrall in Hughes-Thrall, Rainbow’s Joe Lynn Turner in the HughesTurner Project, and with Tony Iommi in Black Sabbath.\u003cbr\u003e\nThis 2CD version includes the Japanese bonus track ‘Cosmic Spell’, which was co-written with Pat Travers, plus a live recording from his 1999 German tour that features the Deep Purple classics ‘Stormbringer’, ‘Might Just Take Your Life’, ‘Burn’ and ‘You Fool No One’, plus Black Sabbath’s ‘No Stranger To Love’\u003cbr\u003e\nThe expanded booklet features liner notes by Classic Rock magazine's Malcolm Dome based on new interviews with Glenn.
